  • Alcohol will help induce sleep.

  • Sleep is for rest.

  • Sleep before midnight is more valuable.

  • Sleeping pills help you sleep better.

  • Avoid naps.

  • People are either a “morning person” or an “evening person”.

  • People who sleep less live longer.

  • Alarm clocks help regulate sleep rhythms.

  • We can sleep 3 hours per day.

  • You cannot change the inherent period length of your body clock.

  • Drinking caffeinated beverages is the best way to stay alert.

  • If I am having sleep problems, napping is the answer.

  • The dreams we remember have robbed us of proper sleep.
